Warm winter sun, luxury shopping, breathtaking modern architecture and unreal beaches. We are trying to think of reasons not to travel to Dubai in the winter, let alone in December over Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend!! This is stuff dreams are made of.

When it comes to unreal architecture, Yas Marina Circuit is no exception. It’s the perfect track to sign off the Formula 1 season in style. On the grid before sunset and the podium after dark, drivers will enter a unique challenge, while spectators watch the seamless transition of day-to-night racing.

Whether you fancy a trip up the tallest building in the world, a jeep safari adventure, a day of indulgence at Friday brunch, or a relax around the pool before the weekend of racing, it’s no problem. I know what you’re thinking and yes, you’re right… Dubai really does have it all!

Here’s how your trip will look:

Thursday: Once you’ve arrived in Dubai make your way to your chosen hotel. Check in is usually around 3 pm, but don’t worry if you’re there before, the hotel will store your bags and you can head straight out!

You’ll find a sportsbreaks.com noticeboard in your hotel reception. This will display all important information and transfer times for the weekend.

Friday: Enjoy a day at your own leisure!

Saturday: If you’ve added a qualifying ticket and return Saturday transfer to your package, here’s the plan…

Grab some breakfast and meet in reception for your early morning transfer to Yas Island. When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race.

A shuttle service will be available for the coach park to the entrance and ready for an amazing day at quali.

If you’re not heading to Yas Island today, the days are yours to enjoy!

Sunday: Race day! Good news…we’re all heading to the track today! Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet in reception for your circuit transfer.

When you arrive at Yas Island, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back here after the race.

Then, it’s over to you to enjoy a fun-fuelled day of racing. You’ll have a fantastic day!

Monday: After a great weekend, sadly it’s time to head home.

You’ll need to check out by 11am (some hotels may have slightly earlier/later check out times), but if you’re on a later flight, the hotel will store your luggage, so you can enjoy your last day in Dubai.

Here are some things we need you to know:

At check-in to your hotel you will be required to pay a tourist fee of AED20.00 per night.

The transfer from your Dubai hotel to Yas Island will take around 1 hour but can sometimes be longer due to bad traffic conditions entering the circuit.

The coach park is approximately 10 minutes’ drive from the circuit, there will be regular shuttle buses to take you to and from the track.

The Fan Zone is packed with food & drink choices and has great entertainment throughout the day!

We’ll need to take some details for everyone joining us at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix:

• Full name (as it is written in each passport)
• Date of Birth
• Passport Information

It’s ok if you don’t have everyone’s passport details to hand right now, but within a week of making your booking, we’ll need:

Passport Number
Passport Expiry Date
Passport Country of Issue/Nationality

The lead person on the booking needs to be 18 or over, and we’ll need a postal address, phone number and email address for them, as well as payment details.

We’ll take a 25% deposit when you book, another 25% on 3rd June 2024 (around 6 months before you go), and the final balance 14 weeks before you travel (30th August 2024).

Bookings made with less than 6 months to go will be charged 50% with the final balance due 14 weeks before travel (30th August 2024).

If you book with less than 14 weeks to go, we will take full payment at the time of booking.

We want to make sure you have everything there is to know, so have a read of the ‘important info’ on the last screen before you finish your booking.

We’ll be in touch around 14 days before the race with your travel documents. These will include your finalised flight and accommodation details, along with your e-ticket/ticket dispatch information. We’ll add any other useful information we’d like you to know here too.
