Join us for the 2024 Austrian Grand Prix.
Settled in the heart of the countryside, amongst incredible scenery and breathtaking views, you’ll find the Red Bull Ring, Spielberg’s old-school circuit. Since 2014, the tracks sweeping corners and fast long straights have offered drivers ample opportunity to overtake, meaning some dramatic racing and exciting moments for the lucky F1 fans.
While drivers battle for their place on the podium, orange t-shirts illuminate the stands as Red Bull and Verstappen supporters create an awesome party feel. It’s an atmosphere like no other, and one an F1 fan just can’t miss. And for the best bit, fans can expect to see around 80% of the track from each section, so you won’t miss any action. Oh…and it can get pretty hot out there, so remember your sun cream!
Austria isn’t just home to Red Bull, but amazing museums, arts and music. Over race weekend, you’ll stay in the heart of it all, in the capital city – Vienna.
Here’s how your trip will look:
Simply start exploring! Check-in opens at 3 pm, but don’t worry if you arrive before, the hotel will store your luggage so that you can head straight out.
You’ll find the notice board in your hotel reception, this will display all important information and transfer times for the weekend.
Your Sportsbreaks.com reps will also be around in case you have any questions.
If you’ve added return Saturday transfers to your package, here’s the plan…
Grab some breakfast and meet in reception for your early morning transfer to the Red Bull Ring (approx 8 am). When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race (approx 19:15). You’ll be a short walk from the entrance and ready for an amazing day at quali/sprint race (TBC).
If you’re not heading to the track today, the days are yours to enjoy! Why not check out what Vienna has to offer.
Good news…we’re all heading to the track today!
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet in reception for your circuit transfer (approx 7 am). When you arrive at the Red Bull Ring, your coach will park in its allocated spot and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back here after the race (approx 18:00). Then, it’s over to you to enjoy a fun fuelled day of racing. You’ll have a fantastic day!
After a great weekend, sadly, it’s time to head home.
You’ll need to check out by mid-day (some hotels may have slightly earlier or later check out times) but if you’re not ready to leave, the hotel will store your bags.
Here are some things we need you to know:
At check-in to your hotel, you will be required to pay AED20.00 per night for Tourism Dirham Fee.
The transfer from your Dubai hotels to Yas Island will take around 1 hour but can sometimes be longer due to bad traffic conditions entering the circuit.
The coach park is approximately 10 minute drive from the circuit, there will be regular shuttle buses to take you to and from the track.
The Fan Zone is packed with food & drink choices and has great entertainment throughout the day!
