If you fancy seeing the world’s best F1 drivers fly past you at full throttle, then this is the one. A track defined by one thing…speed.

“The Temple of Speed” as Monza is known, is the home ground to Ferrari. You can guarantee the circuit will have amazing crowds, an electric atmosphere and A LOT of red shirts.

It’s a Grand Prix that promises great settings, culture and fingers crossed…weather! And this won’t start and finish at the circuit entrance.

Milan an ideal city for a weekend break. World renowned for its fashion, culture and art, there’s so much to see and do outside of the racing.

Here’s how your trip will look:

Friday

Simply start exploring! Check-in opens at 3 pm, but don’t worry if you arrive before, the hotel will store your luggage so that you can head straight out. You’ll find the notice board in your hotel reception, this will display all important information and transfer times for the weekend. Your Sportsbreaks.com reps will also be around in case you have any questions.

Saturday

If you’ve added a return Saturday transfer to your package, here’s the plan… Grab some breakfast and meet in reception for your early morning transfer to the Monza. When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will park in its allocated spot close by, and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race. You’ll be a short walk from the entrance and ready for an amazing day at quali. If you’re not heading to the track today, the days are yours to enjoy! Why not check out what Milan has to offer.

Sunday

Race day! Good news…we’re all heading to the track today! Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet in reception for your circuit transfer. When you arrive at the circuit, your coach will park in its allocated spot close by, and your onboard rep will let you know what time to be back after the race. Then, it’s over to you to enjoy a fun-fuelled day of racing. You’ll have a fantastic day!

Monday

After a great weekend, sadly, it’s time to head home. You’ll need to check out by mid-day (some hotels may have slightly earlier or later check-out times) but if you’re not quite ready to leave just yet and want to enjoy a little more time to explore Milan, the hotel will store your bags.

Here are some things we need you to know:

We’ll need to take some details for everyone joining us at the Italian Grand Prix:

• Full name (as it is written in each passport)
• Date of Birth
• Passport Information

It’s ok if you don’t have everyone’s passport details to hand right now, but within a week of making your booking, we’ll need:

Passport Number

Passport Expiry Date

Passport Country of Issue/Nationality

The lead person on the booking needs to be 18 or over, and we’ll need a postal address, phone number and email address for them, as well as payment details. 

We’ll take a 25% deposit when you book, another 25% six months before you go, and the final balance fourteen weeks before you travel.

Bookings made within six months will be charged 50%, with the final balance due fourteen weeks before the event.

If you book within fourteen weeks of the event, we will take full payment at the time of booking.

We want to make sure you have everything there is to know, so have a read of the ‘important info’ on the last screen before you finish your booking.

And once you’re all booked…

We’ll be in touch around 14 days before the race with your travel documents. These will include your finalised flight and accommodation details, along with your e-ticket/ticket dispatch information. We’ll add any other useful information we’d like you to know here too.
