This year Ferrari fans will be out in full force in the hope that their team can take another win at a home Grand Prix, and with last year’s winner, Charles Leclerc, and Lewis Hamilton in the red cars, their hopes are high.

Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris will be looking to repeat Daniel Ricciardo’s 2021 win for McLaren. Leclerc secured a thrilling victory for Ferrari, employing a bold one-stop strategy to outpace the McLarens. ​

Monza’s long straights and high-speed corners make it the fastest circuit on the F1 calendar, with cars regularly reaching speeds over 350 km/h, making slipstreaming and top-speed battles a feature of every race.

Monza boasts the closest F1 finish in history. At Peter Gethin, it won by just 0.01 seconds ahead of Ronnie Peterson, with the top five cars finishing within 0.61 seconds of each other.

1955 marked Ferrari’s first-ever Formula 1 victory at Monza, with José Froilán González winning the race. This win ended Alfa Romeo’s early dominance in F1 and marked the beginning of the Ferrari legend.
