Making a booking:

The lead person must be 18 years or older, and we’ll require a billing address, phone number, and email address for them, as well as their payment details.

If you are booking a fixture in either August or September, and choose to pay by deposit, we will take the remainder of your package cost 6 weeks prior to the fixture.

For all fixtures between October and May, if you pay a deposit when booking, the final balance is due 8 weeks before your Match Break.

If you book with less than 8 weeks to go, the full balance will be due at the time of booking.

Once you’ve booked:

You’ll receive an email around 7 – 14 days before the game. This will include when and how you’ll receive your tickets, as well as all the important information we need you to know before the match and your hotel stay.

Check your details:

As soon as you book, you’ll get an email showing all of the info you’ve given us. Please check all the details in the email attachment to make sure the names on your booking are right. If they aren’t, or something else doesn’t look quite right, please let us know within 7 days so we can make the changes you need. If you don’t let us know straight away, you might be charged.

We must have everyone’s names when a booking/application is made.  Any TBA’s or TBC’s etc., might be cancelled, or at the very least you’ll be charged £40 to change them to a proper name.

Match tickets:

Your tickets are in the Main Stand Block L11 or L12.

Your seats are in the home end of Anfield, and you’ll need to be supporting Liverpool to buy this match break. If it looks like you’re supporting the opposition, you might not get into the stadium or, once you’re in, the stewards won’t let you stay.  

Although it’s very unlikely you’ll be separated from others on the same booking, we can’t guarantee that all your seats at the match will be sat next to each other. However, if there are any children (under 18s) on your booking, we guarantee they’ll be seated next to an adult in your group.

Tickets will be e-tickets and will likely need to be downloaded to your mobile wallet or sent to a specific app. More information on this will be provided 7 – 14 days before the game.

Changes to fixture dates:

This bit is really important! Premier League fixtures can change date and kick-off time as close as a couple of weeks before they’re played.  All sorts of things can affect the times and dates of matches, but TV schedules and clashes with other competitions are the most common reasons. The Premier League will announce confirmed match dates and times around 6 weeks before they’re played, but every so often, it can be a little later.

We recommend that you hang five when booking your travel to Liverpool until the kick off date and time has been confirmed.

If the match you’ve booked has its date and/or time changed, you’ll get an email from us telling you what to do next.

If a match moves within 36 hours of the original date and time, we’ll let you know by email, and you can amend the night of your hotel sta,y subject to availability.

If a match moves by over 36 hours from the original date and time, we can either change the date of your hotel stay or we can cancel your booking and give you your money back.

When you get your email from us telling you about the change, you’ll have 7 days to come back to us to change your hotel dates or cancel your booking. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll keep the booking the same.

If you come back to us after the 7 days, normal terms and conditions will apply again. We might have to give you a little less time if the change happens close to match day, but we’ll let you know by email.

If you’ve booked through an agent, they should send you the info received from us, so you can decide what you want to do, let them know, and they can speak to us to make it happen.

You’ll need to make sure your travel arrangements cover all possibilities, as we won’t be able to give you any money back to cover it if the match moves and your plans change.

Travel Insurance:

Everyone should have travel insurance so that they can be looked after if anything goes wrong. Some insurers offer you coverage for theft or loss of personal items, so it’s worth having, even if you’re on a sports break in the country where you live!

Here’s how your Official Ticket and Hotel Package will look!

Before your break:

The lead passenger will receive an email around 2 weeks before the game. This will include your e-tickets and all the important information we need you to know before the match and your hotel stay. 

Remember, there’s loads to do in Liverpool, so you can get cracking and plan your weekend around the footy! 

When you arrive: 

Check-in at our hotels is usually around 3 pm, but don’t worry if you’re there before, the hotel will store your luggage so you can head straight out. If you’re unsure about your specific check-in times, drop us an email or give us a call – it’s no problem. 

At the match:

It’s game time! Pull out your e-tickets and head to the Code Lounge from 2.5 hours before kick-off. Remember, you’ll have received an email around 2 weeks before the game, so you’ll know all timings and directions well in advance. 

Enjoy your pre-match entertainment before taking your premium seat amongst your fellow home supporters. 3 points pending…

Home time: 

Sadly, it’s time to head home. You’ll need to check out by midday (again, be aware that some hotels may have a slightly earlier or later check-out time), but if you’re planning on enjoying one more day in Liverpool, the hotel will store your bags.
